Thank you for shopping at www.culturecorenetwork.com. This policy applies to our digital products and memberships provided by CultureCore Network.

Digital products & memberships

All digital products—including membership access, consultations, and related services—are non-refundable. Once access to the content or member area has been delivered, refunds are not available.

Exceptions

We may consider a refund in limited cases such as:

  • a confirmed technical issue on our side that prevented access to the purchased content and could not be resolved within a reasonable time,
  • a duplicate charge (accidental double payment).

If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us within 7 days of your payment and include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellations & renewals

Memberships are billed in advance. Canceling your membership stops future renewals, but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access until the end of the period already paid.
