How do I join CultureCore Network?
Login with your Telegram account, choose the membership plan, complete payment via Stripe, finish the onboarding form, and you'll receive a Telegram invite link to join the group.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
How do I access the community?
After subscribing and completing onboarding, you'll receive a one-time Telegram invite link via DM. Click it to join the private group.
What happens when my subscription expires?
You'll be removed from the Telegram group automatically. Renew your subscription to get a new invite link and rejoin.
Is my payment secure?
All payments are processed through Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. We never store your card details.
What if I don't receive my invite link?
Check your Telegram DMs from our bot. If you still don't see it, contact support and we'll resend it within minutes.
Can I change my payment method?
Yes. Go to My Account > Billing and click "Update Payment Method" to manage your card through Stripe's secure portal.
Is CCN available on mobile?
Yes. The entire community runs on Telegram, which works on iOS, Android, and desktop. Your account portal works in any browser.
